一、参赛对象
项目负责人和成员应为我省高校在校留学生、我省高校在海外就读的学生或海外高校学生，或毕业五年以内的相关毕业生（可为本专科生、研究生，不含在职生），其中留学生担任负责人的项目允许不超过1名中国籍学生参与。
The person in charge and members of the project should be international students from universities in Zhejiang province, students from Zhejiang province studying abroad or overseas college students, or relevant graduates within five years after graduation (college students, postgraduates, excluding part-time students), less than one Chinese student is allowed in projects when an international student is the person in charge.
二、赛程安排
1.报名：学生自主填写《ZCMU第二届互联网+创新创业大赛报名表》。
5月13日(星期四)14:00前提交报名表。
2.作品提交：5月23日前将作品提交至12-102室Cherie 老师处。
3.初赛（5月25日——6月7日）：邀请专家对项目材料进行网络评审。
4.决赛（6月11日）：邀请专家进行路演答辩，答辩为陈述+问答（时间以决赛通知为准）。
1. Registration: please scan the QR code and fill in the application form online, the deadline of registration is 2pm, May 13（Thursday）.
2. Submission of works: Submit your work to teacher Cherie in office 12-102 before May 23.
3. Preliminary contest (May 25—June 7): invite experts to conduct review on project materials online.
4. Final contest (June 11): invite experts to conduct a project defense, “statement + Q&A” (The specific time will be notified later referring to the final notice).
三、项目说明
参赛项目能够结合当前国际疫情防控形势，充分发挥我校特色学科优势，助力中医药更好地参与“一带一路”建设，进一步促进中医药瑰宝惠及世界。针对我国中医药产业发展现状及趋势，利用互联网、云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术来扩大中医药贸易国际市场，传播中医药文化。鼓励各类具有良好经济效益、社会效益与生态效益的创新创业项目参赛。
The projects can be combined with the current international epidemic prevention and control situation, give full play to the advantages of our school's unique disciplines, promote TCM to better participate in the construction of the "Belt and Road", and further promote the treasure of TCM to benefit the world. According to the development status and trend of Chinese medicine industry in China, make full use of information technologies such as the Internet, cloud computing, big data to expand the international market of TCM trade and spread the culture of TCM. All kinds of innovation and entrepreneurship projects with good economic, social and ecological benefits are encouraged to participate in the competition.
四、建议选题方向
参赛师生亦可依据实际情况自行确定参赛项目，下列为建议选题方向。
1.全球疫情防控形势下有效扩大中医药国际影响力的途径及行动；
2.中医药智慧诊疗新模式、远程医疗新体系，实现优质医疗资源合理配置；
3.中草药国外栽培与进出口贸易；
4.运用电子商务、自媒体平台、社群运营等方式拓宽中医药及其衍生产品销售渠道；
5.留学生在华实习、就业、创业服务，增加留学生留华工作机率；
6.依托留学生本国特色，通过跨境电商平台，促进当地经济发展。
Students can also determine the competition project by yourselves based on the actual situation, the following are the suggested topics.
1. Ways and actions to effectively expand the international influence of TCM under the situation of global epidemic prevention and control;
2. A new mode of intelligent diagnosis and treatment of TCM and a new system of telemedicine to realize the rational allocation of high-quality medical resources;
3. Cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine abroad ; Import and export trade of Chinese herbal medicine;
4. Use e-commerce,We media, community operation and other ways to expand the sales channels of TCM and its derivative products;
5. Services of international students' internship, employment and entrepreneurship in China to increase the chance of overseas students employment in China;
6. Relying on the domestic characteristics of overseas students, promote the local economic development through cross-border e-commerce platform.
六、奖项设置
校赛分设金、银、铜奖，设置比例为有效参赛队伍数的8%、15%、25%，校赛获奖队伍根据国际教育学院综合测评办法给予加分。
Gold, silver, and bronze awards are set for the school competition, with the proportions of 8%, 15%, and 25% of the effective number of participating teams. The winning teams will be given extra points according to the comprehensive evaluation method of the International Education College.
