浙江中医药大学秋季学期将如期开学。根据目前的疫情防控形势，在中国境内的同学预计可以来校报到，参加线下学习。不在中国境内的同学，由于旅行限制和入境要求不能入境，可以进行线上报到注册、线上学习。
The fall semester 2020 of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University will commence as scheduled. According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control:
International students who are in Mainland China are expected to arrive at the university to register and take part in offline study.
Those who are outside Mainland China cannot enter the country due to travel restrictions and entry requirements, but can register online for online study.

02新生入学报到
Registration of New Students
在中国境内的新生需按照学校通知到校进行报到注册，预定报到注册时间为10月15日至18日。请密切关注学校的进一步通知或与国际教育学院招生办公室联系。
New students who are now inside Mainland of China should follow the university’s instructions to come to the campus for registration. The planned registration dates are October 15 to 18. Please pay close attention to the notices from the university or contact with admission office of international education college for more details.
在中国境内的新生到校后，须按要求缴纳第一学年学费、住宿费、保险费等费用，并办理签证。具体要求详见入学指南或与国际教育学院招生办公室联系。
New students who are now inside Mainland of China should pay tuition fee, accommodation fee, insurance fee and other payable fees for the first year according to the registration requirement. After that, student should apply for the visa. Please check the registration guidance or contact with admission office of international education college for more details.
在中国境外的新生可按照学校通知，通过线上方式进行注册。请密切关注学校的进一步通知或与国际教育学院招生办公室联系。
New students out of Mainland of China should follow the university’s instructions to register online. Please pay close attention to notice from the university updates or contact with admission office of international education college.
03老生注册报到
Registration of Current Students
根据校历安排，9月19日-20日老生报到注册。
According to the academic calendar, current students shall register on September 19-20, 2020.
在中国境内的老生需返校办理报到注册缴费；在中国境外的老生，由于旅行限制和入境要求不能入境的，可通过线上方式进行注册缴费。
Current students who are inside Mainland of China shall come to the campus for registration and fees payment. Those who are outside Mainland of China and cannot enter the country due to travel restrictions and entry requirements can have online registration and fees payment.
因病或因事暂时无法报到，请联系班主任老师按学籍管理规定及时办理请假手续。开学2周内未办理请假手续，将被视为擅自离校，将做自动休学处理。
If you cannot register due to illness or other special circumstances, please contact your class teacher and ask for leave in time according to the academic management regulations. If you fail to ask for leave within the first two weeks of the new semester, you will be deemed to leave the university without permission and be suspended.
老生如需申请休学或复学，建议在9月10日前完成休学与复学申请。请联系班主任老师递交相关申请表格，提供证明材料，由本人或委托他人办理。休学还需办理退宿及离校和签证注销手续。
Please complete application for suspension or resumption before September 10 by contacting your class teacher. You are required to fill in forms and provide supporting documents, which can be handled in person or by others. You also have to go through the procedures of dormitory check-out and cancellation of visa if you apply for suspension.

在2020秋季学期，不管届时具体的教学形式是线下教学还是线上教学，浙江中医药大学的全体教职员工都将全力以赴向学生提供完整、充实而丰富的高质量教育机会。根据政府和学校的政策，2020-2021学年的学费将不会有变化，线上学习学费不减免。
The faculty and staff members of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University are all committed to providing students with a complete, full and enriched semester of high-quality educational opportunities for the Fall 2020 semester, regardless of whether the courses will be conducted in person or provided online. In accordance with the government and university policies, tuition fees for the 2020-2021 academic year will not be altered at this time. The online tuition fee standard is the same with offline courses.。
2020年度奖学金工作将按照国际学生奖学金管理相关规定正常进行。学院将于9月中旬开展奖学金申请及评审工作，按学校要求按期办理报到注册手续且符合奖学金申请资格的同学请密切关注进一步通知。
The assessment of 2020 scholarship will be normally issued according to the related regulations. The application will begin in mid of September. Eligible students who complete registration as required, please pay close attention to the further notices from the university.
