全体在校国际学生：
2019年度各项奖学金的评选工作已经启动。现将相关申请事项说明如下。
本年度浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金和浙江中医药大学留学生奖学金将同时评比。学生可对照条件申请其中一项。原则上申请省政府奖学金或同级别奖学金未获批准者，将自动获得下一级别奖学金的申请资格，无需再重新递交申请材料。
一、奖学金类别及申请条件
申请奖学金者须具备以下条件：
1.在校就读的国际学生。
2.表现良好，遵守中国的法律和学校的规章制度，2018年度无违纪处分。
3.学习努力，成绩优良。
4.尊师爱校、团结同学，积极参加学校的各项活动。
5.奖学金获得者不可兼项
6.学业成绩要求见下表。

三、申请材料及申请方式
申请材料一式1份，主要包括：
1.《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》或《浙江中医药大学留学生奖学金申请表》（附件1、附件2）；
2.2018年度成绩单（请自行在myiec system打印）；
3.护照复印件；
4.研究生申请者须提供2名教师的推荐信。
申请者所提供材料必须真实、有效。提交的材料均不退还。申请者须在规定的截止时间内由本人将纸质申请材料交至班主任处，逾期递交的申请材料将不予受理。
申请截止时间：2019年9月10日11时。
四、奖学金的评审及通知
1.国际教育学院于申请截止后汇总申请情况；召开奖学金评审会议，由评审委员会根据申请情况，奖学金名额，参考年度综合测评成绩，按照公平、公开、公正的原则，投票评选拟获奖名单。
2.学校将评定结果在国际教育学院网站公示五天后，将推荐名单上报上级部门审核批准。
3.获得奖学金的学生须按照学校规定的时间报到、注册及缴纳学费，否则将按照自动放弃奖学金处理。在获得奖学金期间不得无故办理休学、退学等学籍变动手续。在获得奖学金期间如有违纪行为，将撤销奖学金荣誉并追回奖金。
4.其他未尽事宜由国际教育学院负责解释。

2019 Scholarship Application Notice
To all current international students
The application for 2019 scholarship including Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship and Zhejiang Chinese Medical University Scholarship is on process.
Those who are qualified to apply the scholarship shall read this notice carefully and submit the application documents accordingly.
Please note that the candidates who aren’t recommended for the Government scholarship or scholarship of same level will be deemed as subjacent level scholarship candidates.
1. Type of scholarship & Eligibility
a) Current international student.
b) Disciplined, no warning letter due to violation of regulation in 2018 academic year.
c) Be excellent in study.
d) Be active in school extracurricular activities.
e) Non-parallel-awarding of any other scholarships.

3. Application documents
a) passport copy& application form(attachment 1 & 2)
b) transcript of 2018 academic year(Applicants shall print the transcript from myiec system)
c) Postgraduate Applicants shall provide 2 recommendation letters from 2 teachers.
Applicants must provide the documents truly and correctly. The application documents (hardcopy) shall be submitted by applicants themselves to class teacher before the deadline 11:00am, September 10, 2019. Late applications will not be accepted.
4. Approval and Notification
a) International Education College (IEC) will hold a meeting and vote for recommended list.
b) The recommendation result will be announced on the IEC website for 5 days, then to be approved by the authority.
c) Scholarship winners shall register and pay the fees according to regulations, and they are not allowed to suspend or quit school during the year. Otherwise he/she will be regarded as giving up the scholarship. Scholarship will be revoked due to disciplinary offence.
d) IEC reserved the right of final explanation of scholarship assessment.
